This privacy statement applies to the Konnect eMail Parser App & Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In (hereinafter referred to as “Konnect eMail Parser App” & “Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In”) which is owned and controlled by Apex Holding PTY. LTD. D/B/A Konnect eMail (hereinafter referred to as “Konnect eMail”).

Konnect eMail will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter when you download a product trial or free software, sign up for newsletter services, download patches, purchase software, register software, use our support platform or give to us in other forms.

Konnect eMail may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.

Log Data

When you use Konnect eMail Parser App and/or Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In, we may collect server Log Data which is automatically generated by the system. These server logs do not collect information that could personally identify a user but may be contain other data such as a username, IP address and user profile information.

This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our application, such that we can improve our service and to provide technical support.

Data Storage

Data processed while using Konnect eMail Parser App and/or Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In is never stored (on a storage drive) in our systems. The data gets processed in memory at the time of the request and gets off loaded as soon as the processing is completed. The request is processed from Konnect eMail’s Azure tenancy hosted on Microsoft Data Center in USA and Australia, unless the customer has explicitly paid for and requested to host the processing code on their own Azure tenancy or at a specific Microsoft Data Center.

To host the processing code on you own tenancy please contact us and we’ll be happy to set this up for your organisation.

While using Konnect eMail Parser App and/or Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In, the transmitted data is never held at rest on our Azure tenancy or on any of our systems. Data in transit between customer’s SharePoint Online environment and Azure components is encrypted using SSL.

Licensing Data

Licensing and system configuration data pertaining to the services/applications/platforms supplied by Konnect eMail are stored on Konnect eMail’s cloud infrastructure located in the USA and Australia.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. Konnect eMail Parser App and Konnect eMail SharePoint Explorer Outlook Add-In does not use these “cookies” explicitly.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our software application may from time to time have links to other applications or websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our application or website, to read the privacy statements of each and every application or website that collects personal identifiable information.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
