Feature:

  • Ability to add a SharePoint site using url
  • Support for “Save and Send” feature in the new Outlook – not supported in classic Outlook as the process is very clunky. When composing an email:
    • Homepage: click on the “Save & Send” icon against the “Favourites” or “Recent” locations to save the email and send.
    • Details list page: click the “Save & Send” button on the bottom of the page to save the email to current location and send it.

Bug fix:

  • Unable to save or update file which are in folders with special characters or have filenames with special characters
  • Sanitize email address for DB operations, incase it has special characters
  • UI updates for responsive heights and width

  • Homepage search KQL token returning incorrect results i.e. Title:query

  • Added support for Shared Mailbox
    • Entra ID app permissions: the app now requires Mail.ReadWrite.Shared delegate permissions to read emails from shared mailbox that a user has access to
    • App manifest: the app manifest has been updated and will be updated on Microsoft app store. The changes will replicate to users in 24-48 hrs
  • Implement Session Storage for saving state to remember hero grouped list toggle state
  • Display path of the item in global search results list

Bug Fix:

Features:

  • Ability to quickly search for folders, library and files across Microsoft 365 from the homepage and take action
  • Suggested save locations – this feature tracks the selected email and suggests possible save locations based on the Conversation Index and/or the sender email address. For this to work, two emails fields (EmFrom & EmConversationIndex) need to be added as managed property under tenant level search settings.
  • Enable theming support for light, dark and default themes
  • Additional date formats (2 digits year) for filename tokens

Performance:

  • Implemented pooling for faster data access

User Interface:

  • Use a grid system to make sure the app display correctly on different platforms & screen size
