The Email Parser is a SharePoint solution that facilitates email management and email records compliance by extracting the email header information i.e. date, from, to fields and adding them as metadata against the email.
The email gets parsed for its header information as soon as it is uploaded to SharePoint regardless of its source e.g. uploaded from Outlook or from local drive.

As a licensed user you will have access to our Support Ticket system which will be available between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays in Victoria, Australia, under which Licensee may submit a Support Ticket on Konnect eMails’s Website.
